We found this place in St. Julians and stopped by to try one of their superbowls.
At oakberry mt, you can either choose a bowl (to eat) or smoothie. The base is Acai, which is a superfood and then you decide your toppings such as fruit, yoghurt, coconut flakes, peanut butter and so on. There are a lot to choose from and everything is healthy.
The staff are super friendly and they take their time to explain about the origin of Acai as well as the process, so listening to them is part of the experience.
After you choose the size and toppings, your bowl or smoothie will be prepared by the trained staff and served fresh.
Apart from being super healthy, this “mini meal” which is ideal for breakfast or brunch tastes absolutely amazing!
We also had the opportunity to meet the owner during our time there!
