This video shows our welcome greeting to students who have just arrived in Malta. Travelling from another country to Malta is mentally and physically stressful and it’s normal to feel nervous or anxious about what might happen. We at Malta Study will monitor your flight so to make sure we are waiting for you when you land in Malta.
✩ The arrival:
After a long flight, you would want to take a rest as soon as you can, so we make it possible by taking you directly to your accommodation as you will be our only arrival. Unlike other school transports who focus on grouping students thus make the client wait, we will focus only on your comfort.
As soon as we meet you, we take over your heavy luggage and bags and escort you to the car; fully airconditioned with privacy windows and fully electric, ensuring maximum comfort and noise-free experience. Your comfort is our priority
✩ Feel at home away from home:
During the ride from the airport to the school, we make sure to brief you with important and current information about Malta, Covid-19 updates, rules, laws, as well as tips and advise of what to do in Malta. This is the best opportunity to answer any questions you might have about your stay in Malta.
✩ Check-In with you:
Unlike other school transportation, who drop you in front of the accommodation with just a set of keys, leaving you stranded in case there is a problem, we stay with you throughout the whole process.
We stay in constant contact with any check in staff there might be, make sure you get the correct room which you booked, the right set of keys, as well as explain in your language the apartment rules, how to use laundry, kitchen equipment, connecting to the internet and other queries you might have. Most importantly, we make sure that you understand everything.
✩ Welcome hamper:
One of our main focus is the level of service and comfort we provide you with. Since your arrival will most probably coincide on a weekend, the last thing you would need to think about is which supermarket is open to find some basic necessities. That is why we provide all of our students with a welcome hamper full of basic necessity things to help them through the day. Water, juices, fresh snacks, other snacks and starter toiletries will cover you for the day without the need to leave your accommodation thus concentrating on taking a rest and settle down quietly in your room.
We fully believe that our clients deserve the best service and a comfortable greeting is the start of a happy stay in Malta.
Disclaimer: We are not a taxi company. This is a welcome greeting we provide to our VIP customers.
